Players:
RFC's training methods and approach to youth development attracts players from all over the greater DC area and beyond, often including players who are rostered with another club but want the benefit from the unique opportunities offered at RFC. Guest training allows players to derive the benefits of RFC coaching without being rostered and often ends up being the means by which players tryout. At the top youth competitive level, the season is basically year-round, so interested players will have multiple opportunities to perform and learn in a much more player-friendly environment.
